Girls Varsity Tennis takes win from Dexter in SEC play

Bedford beat Dexter 5-3, for 2nd win in 2 days and 3 in a row. Bedford swept the doubles matches, with 1 doubles team of Emily Babb and Sydnee Sowash winning the last match still being played in a 3rd set tiebreaker to secure the win as opposed to having a tie. The other doubles matches were all won in straight sets. Mallory Schardt again had solid victory at 1singles 6-0, 6-3.
Bedford also had strong wins in exhibition by Annah Thomas-Dull partnered with Julia Martin 6-1,6-0; Morgan Decker with Madeline Ortiz came away with 6-3,6-1 win. This brings our overall record to 5-4 now.
