ATTENTION: Bedford Football Stadium Attendance Rules
Bedford Football Stadium Attendance Rules All Elementary and JHS students must be accompanied by a parent and remain with that parent for the game. No Re-Entry into the Stadium. If you leave, you will be charged to return. No Pets allowed in the Stadium. Bedford students must remain on the home side of the Stadium. No food or flavored drinks are allowed on the field turf. All concession stand items must remain on the concourse or bleachers. ONLY CLEAR WATER BOTTLES ARE PERMITTED INTO THE EVENT.Unsportsmanlike behavior will result in your removal from the event.Thank you for following these guidelines!

Athletic Season Passes purchased via RevTrak can be picked up at "Meet the Team" on August 16th after 5:00 pm at the high school gym -OR- during registration week (August 21-25) in the E hall office at the high school.Fall athletes will obtain their athletic sticker after they receive their picture ID's at registration. Boys Freshman BaseballBedford freshman baseball defeated St Francis 1-0 in the bottom of the 6th inning on an RBI single by Caleb Kinney. Kinney went 2-3 with 2 singles and an RBI. SJ Zoltaszek toed the rubber and pitched well earning the victory.

8th Softball push record with DH win over Dexter Mill Creek MS
Girls 8th SoftballBedford 8th grade softball improved to 17-1-1 yesterday with a 2 game sweep of Dexter. Charlotte Bates battled in the pitching circle for Bedford, pitching a shut out over 5.0 innings with 6 strikeouts in the 6-0 Game 1 win.Emree Scheib came up clutch with a perfectly executed Bunt in the 4th inning scoring Mya Smithson on a Bunt and Run call. Luna Gallup and Kaylin Korsnack combined pitching for the Game 2 Win with Luna pitching the first 3 innings striking out 7, while Kaylin closed out the final inning striking out 3. Bedford's bats exploded in the opening inning of Game 2 with doubles from Riley Miracle and Lexi Diesing and a triple from Luna Gallup.

Boys Freshman BaseballBedford freshman baseball swept a doubleheader against Tecumseh 5-4 and 6-5.Evan Morris picked up the pitching win in the first game striking out 7. Morris went 2-4 at the plate with a single, double, 2 runs and an RBI.Colt Kunz started on the bump in the second game earning the win. Henry Albring was 2-3 with 2 singles, 1 run and a walk.

Girls 8th SoftballHighlights from Milan DH Bedford 8th grade improved to 15-1-1 yesterday with a 2 game sweep of Milan.Kaylin Korsnack pitched Bedford to an 11-3 win in Game 1 including 9 strikeouts over 5 innings! Game 2's 7-3 Win included strong pitching from the trio of Aubrey Shaffer, Emma Kemp and Luna Gallup. Hitting highlights of the day include Emma Kemp who was 2-4 with 2 doubles, Charlotte Bates who was 3 for 3 with a triple, and Lexi Diesing who was 2-4 with a double. Defensively, Annabelle Yockey was everywhere for the Mules, making great defensive plays in the infield and catching a fly ball in shallow right field with the bases loaded in Game 2 that kept a couple of runs off the board.

Pitching Highlights of the tournament include Charlotte Bates vs Gross Ile going 4 innings allowing 1 hit and striking out 7, Emma Kemp vs Erie Mason pitching 2.1 innings allowing 1 hit and striking out 5, and Luna Gallup in the championship game vs Milan allowing no hits over 5 innings with a whopping 14 strikeouts. Each pitcher was chosen as their respective game MVP's by the opposing teams. Boys Track, first time ever SEC Overall Champions
Boys Varsity TrackCongratulations to the Bedford Boys Track and Field team on winning the overall SEC Championship! This is the first time in school history that Bedford has won the SEC title in Boys Track and Field. The mules finished first in the overall conference standings after both Dual meets and the Championship meet. Bedford led the Conference with 32 points. Followed by Saline and Huron with 27 points each. Bedford has also ended Saline’s winning streak of 13 consecutive SEC Championships. Congratulations to the Mules on this great accomplishment! Boys Freshman BaseballBedford freshman baseball took a pair of games from Toledo Central Catholic on Saturday 16-1 and 13-3.Blake Johnson only allowed one hit on the bump to earn the pitching victory in the first game. Dylann Shanteau went 2-3 with a single, double, 1 run and 3 RBI’s.Colt Kunz picked up the win in the second game. Kunz also knocked in 3 RBI’s. Bedford had 16 hits led by Blake Johnson going 3-3 with 2 singles, a triple, 1 run and 1 RBI.

Girls 8th Softball win one and tie one vs Dexter Mill Creek MS
Girls 8th SoftballBedford 8th grade tied 1 and won 1 yesterday at Dexter. Lexi Diesing was a beast at the plate again coming up with timely hits and totally 7 RBIs for two games including a bases clearing triple. Emma Kemp was a terror on the bases with 4 stolen bases. Luna Gallup pitched in relief for the first game, holding Dexter to 2 runs while striking out 6. Charlotte Bates held Dexter to two runs as well in the second game to pick up the win including 3 strikeouts and going 3-3 at the plate as well. Bedford defense played superb with great plays from first baseman Riley Miracle and Shortstops Mya Smithson and Luna Gallup. Bedford 8th Grade remains undefeated by battling from behind in both games to get the tie and win. They are now 7-0-1.
