The doubles' teams carried the weight for the split result of 4-4 yesterday against Monroe. Number one doubles lost the first set 0-6, but then came back to win 6-3, 6-4. Both number one and number three doubles displayed mental stamina and aggressive net play, which lead them to three set victories. The singles lineup had some very close matches as well, particularly at 2,3,and 4 singles. The Lady Mules will face Monroe again this season during the Regional and League tournaments.
