Bedford freshman baseball split a doubleheader with Airport winning the first game 16-5 and losing the second game 11-10.
Cooper Starr picked up the win in the first game. Malakai Gorczyca went 3-3 with 2 singles, a double, 2 runs and 5 RBI’s. Brody Leonhard was 3-3 with 3 doubles, 3 runs and an RBI. Connor Orth took the loss in the second game. Kason Snyder was 2-2 with 2 singles, 3 runs, an RBI and a BB. Hudson Heams went 2-2 with a single, HR, a run, 3 RBI’s and a BB. Leonhard also hit a HR.
