Bedford freshman baseball swept a doubleheader against the Bobcats of Bowling Green 7-5 and 11-1 in 5 innings. Connor Orth earned the pitching win in the first game. Payton Sheaves was 2-3 with 2 singles and 3 runs. Kason Snyder went 2-4 with 2 singles, 1 run and 2 RBI’s.
Malakai Gorczyca pitched well picking up the win in the second game only allowing 1 run and 1 hit while striking out 7. Hudson Heams was 2-3 with 2 singles, 1 run and 4 RBI’s.
