The 7th white football team defeated Saline Blue yesterday 28 to 6. The defense was dominant from start to finish. The offense, led by Sal Pizzo’s two touchdown passes to Austin Reidmaer, was also impressive. Anthony Sailer scored twice and Colton Durbin added a two point conversion.

Bedford 20 Dexter 6
The 7th grade white team improved to 2-0 as they defeated Dexter 20-6 yesterday. Anthony Sailer scored two touchdowns and added a 2 pt. conversion, and Sal Pizzo ran for another touchdown as well. The defense was superb and the offensive line played another great game as a unit.

Bedford 22 Adrian 6
Congratulations to the 7th grade white team as they improved to 3-0 with a 22 to 6 victory over Adrian. Jacob Lohr scored a touchdown and a two point conversion, and Sal Pizzo and Anthony Sailer added TD runs of their own. Colton Durbin chipped in with a two point conversion catch. The offensive line played another exceptional game. Adam Ortman, Dallas Winkleman, Daniel Travis, Kevin Mugler and Jacob Smith controlled the line of scrimmage from start to finish. The defense was again exceptional.

The 7th grade red team fought back and tied the game 6 to 6 against Tecumseh black. The defense played well. The touchdown was a pass from Brandon Brown to Jack Maison. Good job 7th graders.

Bedford 8 Adrian 0
Tuesday night at Adrian the seventh grade team played great defense stopping the maples twice inside the 10. The offense scored in the second half with a pass from Brandon Brown to Adam Swisher and the two point conversion was rushed in by Brandon Brown. Final 8 to 0

Bedford 22 Chelsea 6
The Bedford 7th grade red team defeated Chelsea at home last night 22 – 6. Alex Johnson stole the ball from the quarterback for the defensive play of the game. Avery Reed recovered a fumble. Two touchdowns and 2 2 point conversions were scored by Ivan Oraha, Bryce Davis and Brandon Brown scored touchdowns.

Bedford 0 Saline Blue 34
The 8th grade white team was defeated 34 - 0 by a very tough and fundamentally-sound Saline Blue team yesterday. The offense and the defensive teams played well at times, but could not overcome turnovers and big plays by the Hornets. The team can be commended for playing tough the entire game, and the team is eager to get to work on improving for their next game at home next Tuesday.

Bedford 24 Dexter 0
The 8th grade white team dominated Dexter 24-0. Corey Schuer scored on two long touchdown runs and threw for a pair of two point conversions, one to Denver Brown, and another to EJ Bennet. David Fleetwood scored the first touchdown of the day on a 30 yd sweep. Josh Ortiz added a 2 point conversion and ran for nearly 100 yards in the win. The defense was dominant and the offensive line played at exceptionally well. It was a great TEAM win.

Bedford 26 Adrian 6
Congrats also go out to the 8th grade white team as they defeated Adrian 26 to 6. Josh Ortiz and Cory Sheuer each scored two touchdowns and EJ Bennett added a two point conversion catch. The defense collected 5 interceptions and several sacks. Standouts on defense included Scheuer (3 picks, one for TD) Ortiz, Brandon Groves, and Denver Brown. Scotty Szachovitz also played well on both sides of the football.

Bedford 24 Tecumseh Black 16
The 8th grade red team won 24 to 16 over Tecumseh black. First score was a pass from Spencer cimerman to Dan Campbell who went 90 yards for the score. Then Johnny Shepherd scored and Spencer scored on rushing touchdowns. All 2pt conversions were good by Johnny Shepherd. The defense stepped up and had two interceptions by Weston swick and a fumble recovery by Dan Campbell and Dakota Hudson.

Bedford 58 Adrian 22
The eighth grade team defeated Adrian 58 – 22. The defense scored in the endzone by Dakota Hudson recovering the fumble after James Shulty hit the quarterback. . Jarrid Smith recovered a fumble and James Nelson had an interception. Scoring 5 rushing touchdowns was Jonathan Shehperd and Spencer Cimerman rushed for two touchdowns.

The Bedford 8th grade red team defeated Chelsea 36 – 0 at home last night. Spencer Cimerman threw two touchdowns passes deep to James Nelson and Dan Campbell and then scored a rushing touchdown on his own. Johnny Shepherd added two more rushing touchdowns and three 2 point conversions. James Nelson had an interception and Ethan Crawford recovered a fumble. The defense stopped Chelsea three times on fourth and 1. Great Job teams.
