Bedford dominated the game from the opening tip-off. Tiara Fernandez had her best scoring night of the season with 11 points, and Kaylee Foster also had 11 points.

Bedford fell to the Trojans for the district title. Unfortunately the Mules lost, but there was a great sense of rivalry with this matchup, something that is missing from may of the SEC games. The Mules were led by Amelia Davis with 14 points and Kaylee Foster adding 10.

Our season openned on the road last night against Walled Lade Western. The young Lady Mules prevailed 40 - 16. It was a total team victory as every girl that played scored. We had a good floor game performance from Kate Witaszek who did a good job at both ends of the court. Anna Hays lead the team in scoring with 10 points while Becca Porter chip in with 6 points. It was a good learning exerience for the girls as they discovered that they still need to improve on some things to be a good team. I was proud of the overall effort last night.

Freshman Mules were in action last night against the Lady Bulldogs of Chelsea. It was a good effort for the Lady Mules but, not enough to win as we lost our second close game in a row 32 to 34. Leading the way with a fine performance was Jessi Perry with 9 points. Gabbie Melnyk contributed 8 points as well.
